I oversee the national brokerage compliance matters, develop creative solutions to handle market nuances, and respond to inquiries from industry regulators. I also work closely with the national brokerage team on our major expansion across the United States, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I leverage my expertise in real estate transactions, contracts, negotiations, and risk management to formulate best practices for the company and its transactions. I am passionate about delivering forward-thinking ideas and professionalism in every position I have held, and I am motivated by the opportunity to lead compliance and innovation in the real estate industry at Opendoor. I have a JD degree and a real estate broker license, and I am proficient in communication, research, and analysis. I am responsible for national brokerage compliance matters; developing creative solutions to handle market nuances; responding to inquiries from industry regulators; and formulating best practices for the Company and real estate transactions.
