About Trina Grimm

Hello! I\'m glad we were able to connect! A little bit of background on myself; I was raised in Byron, MN. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where I majored in Elementary Education minored in Early Childhood. I now reside in Madison, Wisconsin with my husband, Chris and our dog, Atlas and snake, Se\'ze. The saying I live by is “How you do anything is how you everything.” Whether I am playing with children, going to the grocery store or just walking around the neighborhood I do everything wholeheartedly. Holding a door open for a stranger, putting away a stray cart, pouring positive into every human being I see. How I do anything is how I do everything-with love and intention. This is carried throughout my life in my core values of Stewardship, Authenticity and Faith as well as the environment I am in-it is all determined by what I put into it because that is the end result I get (and then some). I enjoy learning child development and that is why I originally started my pursuit in Elementary Education. I finished college in 3 1/2 years. And guess what? I strongly disliked student teaching. From the push of standardized tests to the manipulation of expectations-it was not what I signed up for. So I continued my career in the younger ages of Childcare Centers and nannying positions. Eventually the skills I picked up along the way of organization, communication and overall accountability lead me to my current position as an Administrative Assistant. It is the start to a different path. I have an idea of living a lifestyle above and beyond expectations, one where success could be measured not in money or achievements, but by the number of people who are better off because I lived. It was this thought I had in the back of my mind for so long that attracted me to friends who created the lifestyle I was seeking and paying it forward to others.
