I am a registered U.S. patent attorney and provide a variety of patent related services including preparing and prosecuting patents, rendering patent infringement/validity opinions, conducting patentability searches and reviews, and advising portfolio management practices for clients.Prior to practicing law, I worked in Silicon Valley as a software engineer for Sun Microsystems in their iPlanet division. At Sun, I was responsible for backend and frontend UI development in several enterprise software products (e.g, iPlanet Messenger Express, iPlanet Messaging Server and Calendar Server). After Sun, I joined Zaplet, a Kleiner Perkins funded startup, and developed an enterprise software platform for collaborative business process management.
