Use of SAP to enhance the enterprise resource planning (ERP) by proper monitoring of the stock, production booking, MRS/MRN creation, rejection/ variance calculation for each of the stock keeping units(SKU) on weekly and monthly basis to find out the focus area or gap in production flow.* preparation of DPR and finding out the solution /action plan for day to day activitys problem.* proper co-ordination with QA & QC team to ensure good quality of FG * proper co-ordination with store team to ensure available of RM/PM for according to production target/plan.* Execute production planning and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources for optimum production performance ( Manpower, material and machine)
