Leading the West Bengal state RCRC chapter for Integrated Farming Cluster Project, facilitating the partner CSOs, and NGOs for setting up the project proposal, Plan of action, and required support to their network towards the achievement of the objectives. Liaisoning with KVKs to develop audio-visual material and training design by customizing it to local requirements.Liaisoning with the WBSRLM for help in the preparation of strategic and implementation planning of various Govt. livelihood projects.Contribute to the Development of guidelines and rollout plan with CSOs, NGOs, and WBSRLM. Support in IFC Proposal Submission and approval process. Constant Engagement with WBSRLM and other stakeholders for liaison, convergence possibilities, and strategically highlighting of the grassroots challenges so that CSOs can get a feasible solution. Not only for IFC but constant engagement with all the CSOs in West Bengal of the RCRC network for good relationship building and discussion of future projects, collaboration, and making a strong coalition building front.
