I oversee the product life cycle stages, document the processes, attend project review meetings, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth integration of existing and new systems. I make strategic decisions that facilitate the execution of initiatives. Additionally, I have successfully recruited 15+ backend developers to expand our team.
