I am an experienced employee benefits account manager with proven success maintaining high retention rates and profitability on book of business. With more than 20 years\' experience, I quickly break through the ancillary benefits static and determine what my clients truly need. For the past 10+ years I have specialized in dental and vision insurance. My passion is to help both my organization and my clients land on mutually agreeable solutions that make the most sense for everyone. I help clients truly identify their needs and then educate on the solutions that provide the best outcomes for their objectives. I also love being able to utilize my creative talents by designing presentations and planning events that will help to strengthen the customer relationships that I\'ve cultivated.
