INDCO, Inc is an industrial and sanitary mixer manufacturer for the paint, chemical, ink, pharmaceutical and food industries. INDCO, Inc was established in 1975 in Southern Indiana and distributes both in the US and internationally. INDCO markets business to business through it\'s traditional catalog media as well as through a robust internet site with ecommerce capabilities and with a presence in social media. I have been in sales and merchandising at INDCO for over 20 years. I have had the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies & training for the sales team and analyze results. With the catalog, I have made beneficial changes to the product line offerings, design and layout of the pages, as well as written copy for the product line. On the website I have been able to experience the world of digital media with the initial website design and integration with our current ERP system. I have assisted with product presentation and marketing with photography, creation of product & instructional videos, written copy for descriptions as well as weekly blogs and other social media. I have assisted teams for new product design and development. I also assisted with the lead in implementing the ERP system, designed reports using Crystal Reports and Microsoft SSRS Report Writer & currently support IT issues for INDCO. The best part of my job is the ability to develop, create and execute strategies and to be able to see the results. Working with a variety of people within the office and the public is also very rewarding.
