I realized I was bringing the same energy into human conversations.Meanwhile, performance-based promotions and raises didn’t shield me from two layoffs in two years. I resolved to stop putting all my eggs in one basket. To give 110% to Tech vs. 250%.Training “Two to Tango” sparked my curiosity to seek the neuroscience we both needed. My motivation shifted from fear to purpose: to gain happiness rather than avoid job loss (especially through magical thinking). Now I cultivate purpose, unconditional peace, and financial resilience.
