   As a Senior Solution Architect in IBM\'s Federal Salesforce Practice, I live in the how. Serving our US Federal Clients, I glean the vision of their transformation needs and desires of their end users to grasp what we need to change and why it needs changing. My deep and wide experience on the Salesforce Platform allows me to realize these needs into technologically sound and process driven solutions. Once the vehicle is designed and is being built, I am driving us through to the destination and make sure we get there safely and on time. It is my responsibility to see the solution through the full life cycle of delivery- design, build, test, deploy, and solve.The foundation of my role is consulting, so as much as I may be a critical component to my currentclient projects, I need to help my team not need me. I have adopted a model of not only leading bydoing, but also by documenting and delegating. For critical processes where I am a requiredresource, I have worked to establish proper documentation on how I would manage the situationregardless of my attendance. I work with our more junior resources to stretch their responsibilityand take on more ownership. While I delight in being or having the answer, it is my mission toequip and empower my team and my clients with the path and people ready to solve.
