I have a long history delivering results in retail through outstanding customer service and a strong analytical approach to setting and meeting goals. In my role at Nespresso, I oversee 16 boutique stores across the West Coast of the United States. My oversight encompasses all aspects of operations including maximizing profits through revenue and cost controls. To do this, I leverage well developed management skills to model and mentor the management at the stores.My success at Nespresso includes sales increases in the double digits across the West Coast in several revenue streams. I also successfully led an initiative to increase foot traffic in underperforming locations. Through special events, charity shopping, and workshops on mixology, the stores saw a dramatic increase in customers and sales. Previous to Nespresso, I served as a VP of Stores, US for Bonpoint and held several progressive positions at Thomas Pink including oversight of US Operations. I have also held management roles at both Neiman Marcus and Ann Taylor.
