I provide ongoing strategic leadership and oversight for the Executive Search team supporting Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. The Executive Search team deploys cost effective strategies to identify, attract, assess and fill vacancies with best-in-class talent for executive director, vice president, senior vice president and executive vice president positions across all markets and functional areas. We support filling roles for the top 1% of the organization. In 2025, the team supported the completion of 186 searches and provided advisory support to three different boards of directors.
