Most of my experience has been in fast-moving, high-growth environments where hiring needs to be efficient and getting the right people in the right roles really matters.At New Breed, I lead all recruiting, from first-time hires to seasoned professionals. I partner closely with managers, leadership, and our VP of People on job design, hiring strategy, and candidate experience. I also support broader HR work, like policy updates and employee programs.In addition to my work at New Breed, I volunteer as an HR advisor for a local business.
