Developed 1-year strategy for program improvements, including expanding to new regions, bringing clarity to confusing processes, and evolving the training for our Bar Raisers.• Project Organization: Globalization: Worked with managers from tech and UX teams to create a better tracking system for migrating several hundred applications to a new platform while globalizing the user interface. Contacted application owners, consolidated and organized their data with multiple reports and tracking documents to create a source of truth that clearly and efficiently maintained the data for all users.
