In my role as Restaurant Manager at one of San Diego\'s beloved restaurants in the heart of Normal Heights, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations. This includes developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from the ground up and onboarding new team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
