About Tricia Laake Taylor Oehler
I was originally a medical technologist before I moved into the clinical research arena. I have been a clinical monitor and Lead CRA prior to accepting the Project management role. As a Project Leader, I provide guidance and direction for a team of associates charged with conducting various global and domestic clinical trials. I am responsible for customer-focused leadership in managing multiple Phase I through Phase IV clinical research trials across functional areas, providing oversight and coordination of operational aspects related to ongoing projects and ensuring the goals of time, cost and quality performance are met. I am responsible for assuring the quality and consistency of Kendle services according to all applicable regulatory guidelines, Good Clinical Practice and Standard Operating Procedures through direct line management support, with administrative oversight for several CRAs and support staff. During my clinical career I have been involved with bringing four drugs to market. I have lead multiple global trials and have experience in trials in North America, South America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Japan. Specialties: GI Studies, Osteoarthritis, Pain, Rheumatoid Arthritis, OncologyIn my personal life I am a strong supporter of our military veterans and am involved with the American Legion Auxiliary and DAV.
