Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring clear and consistent communication between internal teams and client stakeholders. Act as a liaison to facilitate collaboration and alignment. Conduct thorough reviews of contract scope and terms, lead contract negotiations, and manage the redlining process, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization. Partner with legal, insurance, and data privacy/security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize organizational exposure.Facilitate implementation strategy sessions to uncover client needs, translating them into actionable solutions that are documented and operationalized for long-term success and cross-functional alignment. Distribute finalized contract terms, communicate them across internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the implementation of related operational requirements.Additionally, review RFPs as needed to ensure responses align with strategic business goals and organizational capabilities.
