I am currently a project manager at NOAA, where my team is coordinating $2.6 billion in coastal adaptation and restoration grants. I am a skilled communicator and advisor, and enjoy collaborating with both senior executives and early career professionals. My core values are rooted in honesty, compassion, and adventure - these drive everything I do. Outside of the office, you\'ll mostly likely find me reading, gardening, traveling, biking, or hiking with my husband and our rescue dog.

   I am currently a project manager and grants specialist at the National Ocean Service (NOS) Management and Budget Office, collaborating 8 programs to implement $2.6 billion in federal grants and cooperative agreements. In this role, I advise the NOS Chief Financial Officer and other senior executives on how to strategically advance agency funding priorities, and co-lead efforts to automate our internal administrative processes and address systemic inefficiencies. I also lead integrated projects to ensure NOAA is proactively responding and adapting to risk during times of transition, and facilitate effective information sharing with other federal agencies, Congress, and the public.
