Her deep understanding of human behavior, interaction design, UX research and culture has allowed her to lead multi-disciplinary teams across the globe focusing on a variety of product experiences impacting billions of users. Yes, truly billions! Experiences have ranged in scope from v1 incubation to 25yr legacy products. While Tricia loves building and leading teams, she doesn\'t shy away from hands-on work. She believes the best ideas come from the work itself and engaging with users in a thoughtful way. She is passionate about growing others and continuously seeks growth opportunities for herself. This is evident in the life and career choices she\'s made such as mentoring women in technology, leadership, fashion and design, as well as picking up and moving her family to China. When not at work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, their Beijing street dogs, and friends.
