Responsible for marketing new construction homes in the Southwest Area of Houston. Tasks include ordering signage, creating and updating inventory sheets and pricing, community sheets and all other sales office collateral materials. Developing, designing and writing copy for any marketing related to communities including, email marketing, handouts, direct mail pieces, banners, billboards, etc. Communicating with Sales Consultants to determine home-buyer demographic and potential marketing opportunities. Planning,executing and budgeting model home events such as grand openings, home tours, etc.
