Based in Chicago, Tricia Clifford is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Officer Practice. Her search work focuses on chief financial officer and other senior-level finance leaders for a broad range of companies in the consumer, industrial, healthcare, technology and financial services industries. Tricia’s clients include large multinationals, midcap, emerging growth and private-equity sponsored companies. Tricia joined Spencer Stuart in 2013 with 10 years of executive search experience. She previously worked for Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, where she was responsible for recruiting senior-level talent. Earlier, Tricia spent five years at Merrill Lynch as part of a newly established executive search group, responsible for recruiting senior executives across the firm globally. Tricia started her career in the board services practice of another leading international search firm in New York. Tricia graduated from Bowdoin College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
