Customers were frustrated, pilots were collapsing, and support had become the company\'s most expensive function. Six engineering teams worked in silos with no shared roadmap and no psychological safety.I led the recovery aligning leadership, rebuilding execution infrastructure, and creating the conditions for real collaboration. Nine months later, V2 launched on web and iOS. Usage increased 10–100x inside accounts, support costs dropped 10x, and pilots converted to revenue.When I joined ClearlyAgile as their internal PM, I inherited three simultaneous product initiatives the CEO had been managing himself. Their most important customer, Checkers, was already at risk of churning three months in over broken sales promises. I drove to their offices, rebuilt the relationship through transparency, and organized three days of on-site working sessions to ship what had been promised. Checkers renewed. I also led two 0-to-1 product builds during my tenure. The platform sold in 2022.
