ABOUT TRIBENI CHOUGULE

After 25 years in corporate leadership, I now bring my lived experience as a brown, neurodivergent woman across three continents into my coaching and consulting.I know what it feels like to be different, and I help professionals and leaders turn that difference into confidence, clarity, and meaningful impact. My work is grounded in empathy and integration, supporting people to remove internal and systemic barriers, build self-belief, and create sustainable change.I have experienced life as an outsider in many forms. As a woman in male-dominated industries, as a migrant balancing motherhood and career, and as someone navigating mental health while building success across technology, finance, and sustainability. These experiences shape my commitment to equity, representation, and helping individuals and organisations thrive without erasing who they are.How I work through Kinspace CoachingI coach individuals, groups, and teams navigating growth, transition, or complexity. My work includes executive and leadership coaching, team coaching and away days, and outdoor and nature-based coaching experiences that deepen reflection, resilience, and perspective. I work both online and face to face, creating spaces that are thoughtful, human, and impactful. Social Sustainability and Inclusion ConsultingI partner with organisations on social sustainability, inclusion, and employee engagement strategies that create measurable value. This includes volunteering and ERG strategy, corporate and charity partnerships, cultural integration during change, and transformation work informed by my experience leading large-scale programmes in complex organisations. Personal Development and Self-AwarenessI integrate reflective practices with evidence-based tools to support deep self-understanding.
