Coming from the OEM industry, we need a bottom-up strategy that will scale the OEM equipment and application with a top-down approach of system integration, dataflow, artificial intelligence, and data storage across multiple facilities. The outcome of the integrated smart building is to allow facility managers to optimize control and service their HVAC, security, and fire assets to a greener, secured, healthy, and reliable facility.
