Lead the QA team in planning, prioritizing, and executing test activities for Learning Management System (LMS) web applications, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases- Develop comprehensive test strategies, collaborating with Developers, Product Owners, and UX/UI teams to define requirements and improve software quality- Design, develop, and execute both manual and Cypress automated test scripts for functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, and API testing- Conduct performance, usability, and acceptance testing to validate new features and bug fixes before release- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend process improvements to enhance QA methodologies, standards, and policies- Track and analyze QA metrics to continuously refine testing processes and improve efficiency- Manage defect tracking in Jira, ensuring timely identification, documentation, verification, and resolution of issues- Review technical requirements and design artifacts to provide early feedback, reducing potential defects in later stages- Maintain and update manual and automated test scripts to accommodate changes in application functionalities, APIs, and UI- Regularly execute Cypress automated regression tests to ensure system stability across releases- Mentor and guide QA team members, supporting their understanding of LMS business processes, test strategies, and best practices- Lead post-release assessments by preparing testing status reports, variance analyses, and \"Lessons Learned\" to drive continuous improvement- Advocate for QA best practices in Agile environments, supporting on-demand releases and bug fixes while adhering to the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
