Since June 2012, I have served the family and preserved its legacy, in an exciting and competitive market, securing the family business for future generations to be a beacon of light in Gatlinburg and beyond. Currently MLC provides a full array of vacation rental management services from marketing, promotion, integral financial oversight, full maintenance and housekeeping services as well as new construction, renovations, and rental consulting in this exciting and growing market. Each of these services maximizes profit and value to the home owner and guest alike.I enjoyed a 32 year career with Cru, leading with attention to culture, brand, messaging, and national conference platforms.My strong suit is fixing broken things. Our goal is to exceed guest and owner expectations as well as steward with excellence that which has been entrusted to us. That involves creating a team committed to home owners and guests, providing a limited edition experience that we has described us for decades. Hospitality is still about human capital, value and relationship. We acknowledge that technology exists to accelerate the human and hospitality experience, and in this ever changing market and industry we seek to harness the best of our legacy and values as we move confidently into the change and excitement that the vacation rental management world has to offer. As CEO and owner, I am invested in this endeavor to ensure our success today but also to preserve this for generations to come. We are proud to continue the legacy of Dot and Ralph Egli who founded MLC in 1972. My mother and father in law were pioneers in this community and in the vacation rental industry, showcasing the values which shaped us and many Gatlinburg leaders and companies.
