This role entails hands-on assistance with building and supporting customers infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure Cloud by enabling them to run a smooth operation knowing their solution is in good hands.Standard operations supporting customers with infrastructure tasks including provisioning Cloud environments (Server, Networking and Storage), performing upgrades, and addressing day-to-day customer issues via phone and tickets, building, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure Cloud.Technical Capabilities required for this role:• Assist customers to optimise their workloads by provisioning, deploying, administering, maintaining and scaling complex Microsoft Cloud environments• Collaborating with Pre-sales, Service Delivery and other Internal Teams to deliver great customer outcomes on Microsoft Azure and Hybrid environments• Utilise Microsoft Powershell to administer, deploy and automate customer Azure environments• Performing ‘Root Cause Analysis’ investigations to troubleshoot performance degradation• Providing internal and external teams with excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Cloud portfolio• Provide architectural guidance and help customers transition to the next iteration of their environment• Helping customers build Terraform environments to automate infrastructure deployments• Building scripts to automate tasks/functionality in the Azure Cloud - Powershell, predominantly• Designing and deploying landing zones with centralized infrastructure and networking best practices (Azure Firewalls, VPN Gateways, VNET Peering)
