I am the Head of Tax at Trive Capital. My responsibilities include transaction structuring, fund-level and deal-level tax planning, and oversight of the tax compliance and reporting function.Prior to joining Trive, I spent five years at Hudson Advisors L.P, investment advisor to the Lone Star Funds, where I most recently served as Director and Senior Tax Counsel in Hudson’s Legal Department. In that capacity, I was responsible for structuring real estate and private equity deals originated by the Lone Star Funds in the Americas and for oversight of certain of Hudson’s global tax functions, including transfer pricing. Prior to my role at Hudson, I spent 12 years at Ernst & Young LLP in the firm’s Dallas, Washington D.C, and London offices where I advised foreign and U.S-based corporate clients on international and transaction tax matters.
