   Industry: FinTech/LeasingClient acquired intellectual property of a leasing company and I led the effort to recreate the system in a new AWS account. The tech stack is primarily Java Spring Boot deployed to Kubernetes (EKS), but also some legacy Java and Rails apps. In addition to building out the new system, certain parts of the system were re-architected as desired by the business. Such as re-architecting the system to isolate credit card information into a separate AWS account and VPC for full network segmentation by implementing card tokenization with 2 payment processors (primary and backup).
