As a finance professional and executive partner, I scale, capitalize, and effectuate strategic transactions. I have 18 years of experience across investment banking, entrepreneurial start-ups, and large multinational corporations. As a financial advisor and principal, I dig into the details, do hard thinking about corporate strategy, and have advised on or executed more than $6 billion in transactions. In addition, I am a seasoned principal negotiator, successfully leading and closing more than 20 acquisitions ranging in size from $20 million to $400 million. With a history of leading IPOs, I serve a critical role navigating the path to becoming a public company. As a startup co-founder and CFO, I successfully raised and invested $250 million of private equity, stood the organization up and then structured an exit 18 months after inception at a higher valuation. As CFO, I oversaw all hiring decisions, designed accounting processes and procedures, and managed audit and tax engagements with a Big Four accounting firm. I am adept at working beyond a traditional narrow finance role and implementing a broader strategic plan.
