I lead work across HR technology, learning, analytics, and operations, with a focus on building practical solutions that improve how work gets done and how people experience the systems behind it.My foundations were built in organizational development and learning, but they have grown into broader leadership across HRIS, Workday, learning platforms, governance, analytics, and operational improvement. Much of my work sits in the space between strategy and execution, where success depends on connecting systems, processes, structure, and people in a way that is clear, scalable, and sustainable.I’ve led efforts involving HR technology, learning systems, onboarding, compliance, workforce analytics, process design, and system optimization in a complex healthcare setting. I partner closely with HR, IT, payroll, finance, and business leaders to improve processes, strengthen decision-making, and make better use of technology and data. More recently, that has also included helping advance AI fluency and identifying practical ways AI can support HR work responsibly and effectively.I’ve managed complex budget cycles throughout my career, including investments related to technology, vendors, learning, and operational priorities, and I’m comfortable balancing financial realities with long-term business needs.I bring a combination of operational perspective, technology leadership, and change management experience. I’m at my best when I’m helping simplify complexity, align the right people around the work, and turn good ideas into approaches that are actually workable.Core areas of focus include HR technology, Workday, HRIS, learning systems, people analytics, governance, process improvement, AI in HR, and change leadership.
