I have over 25 years of experience in high visibility creative production, technology and operations, leading and developing high-performing teams that deliver award-winning global creative work. In my current role as the Sr. Manager, Digital and Art & Print Production at Netflix, I oversee all aspects of Print and Digital production for marketing campaigns across multiple markets and media channels. To ensure creative execution that amplifies our stories and brand, I am also responsible for sourcing, developing and managing end-to-end and specialized vendor partnerships. I am passionate about fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and inclusion among my team of talented Producers, who thrive at the intersection of practical, tactical, creative, and strategy.    As Senior Manager, Digital, Art & Print Production, I lead a large team of Producers to create Marketing assets to fulfill robust media plans and strategic initiatives to elevate Films, Series, Doc\'s/Unscripted, LIVE, Brand and Multi-Title executions. This work spans across traditional print and digital media from printed/digital billboards to specialized microsites.To support these efforts, I have built and lead innovative resourcing solutions, external partner programs, and sustainability in out-of-home programs. I lead Print and Artwork Finishing, Global Production Design, several managed and outsource programs—all at the intersections of Creative, Strategy, Tactical and Executional disciplines at scale. It is my responsibility to ensure Netflix Marketing Production is aligned with best-in-class vendor partners across all tacticals in the Print and Digital spaces to help us deliver the most compelling campaigns on the world\'s biggest, most visible stages. I develop departmental strategic plans, operational budgets, capital equipment needs/forecasting and utilize data-driven metrics for resource and capacity planning.
