About Trevor Tomko

I\'m a collaborative Project and Portfolio Manager with a keen understanding of business analytics and project management, possessing the ability to leverage cross-functional relationships to lead, develop, and maintain enterprise-level project portfolios while ensuring alignment to strategic business objectives. At Stanley Black and Decker, in the Strategic Planning PMO, I oversaw the direction of projects in the Performance Resiliency and Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (AIDA) groups, within the Change Management Center of Expertise (COE). I also supported the Technology Advisory team and the Transformation Council, which served to leverage the cross-functional efforts of the business divisions within the organization. At Travelers Insurance, in the commercial insurance sector, I managed external data vendor relationships and collaborated alongside internal resources to shepherd data through the evaluation process to implementation and production, with a central focus on automotive and telematics data. I\'ve worked for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, and have over a decade of experience working in data analytics and in projects and programs. I\'ve also been a teaching professor at the University of Connecticut School of Business for many years, instructing hundreds of graduate students in the MBA and Business Analytics & Project Management (BAPM) programs. Volunteering is also something about which I am passionate. I have served on an advisory board with the YMCA, and I\'ve worked with various other non-profits in Connecticut.
