About Trevor Salter

With over 19 years of experience in recruiting and human resources, I currently led Technical Talent Acquisition for Calendly. Previously, I led Global Talent Acquisition for dbt Labs, served as a Recruiting Director at Okta, the leading independent provider of identity solutions for enterprises. In that role, I managed global recruitment for three critical business units: Customer Identity Product (Auth0), Business Technology (IT), and Security. These teams, consisting of over individuals, were responsible for developing, operating, and securing Okta\'s core products and services. I also played a key role in scaling Auth0 from 200 to 1,100 employees before its acquisition by Okta in May 2021 for $6.5 billion.My core competencies include strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, project management, and customer-centricity.
