Review, assess and process both passive and active candidates to ensure a robust pipeline for multiple teams and job families within Amazon\'s InfoSec department. Strong experience across all of Amazon\'s ATS, sourcing tools, and scheduling services with a strong understanding of Boolean Logic, social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and other online tools and services. Provide Hiring Managers and business partners with strategic guidance as a Talent Acquisition partner, leveraging experience in TA to build appropriate interview loops and calibrate interviewers for each job family and role. Manage and participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives to achieve hiring goals, streamline processes, and implement new programs to improve recruiter effectiveness across the entire team. Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company. Identify trends in data to implement new processes and fine tune standard processes for recruiting to fit within Amazon\'s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. Develop sourcing models and plans to generate technical talent pools while working across organizations to find best-fit options for technical and non-technical candidates; create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent; calibrate candidates with hiring managers. Work candidates through the entire hiring process, full-lifecycle, from candidate generation to closing offers on a roster of 30+ requisitions across InfoSec leading to an average of 4.6 hires/month for Security Engineers at all levels, TPM/Sr.TPM, Industry Specialists, Security Support Engineers, and more.
