With over 40 years of experience in the technology sector, M&A and financial advisory, I’ve had the privilege of guiding mid-market business owners through critical growth and transition milestones, from scaling and securing strategic investment, to exiting. As CEO of Presser & Co, I lead a team that specialises in cross-border M&A for the mid-market with a strong focus on software, technology, industrials, manufacturing, business services and with global sector expertise in energy & telecommunications.I founded Presser & Co in 2014 to bridge the gap between mid-sized businesses and global capital. Today, we are a boutique Australian-based advisory with reach across Europe, the US, Japan, India, ASEAN, Latin America, and the Middle East. We’ve built an enviable network of investors, corporate acquirers, and strategic partners that helps our clients realise their potential through ‘top-end-of-town’ and thoughtfully structured transactions.My role spans deal origination, deal strategy, negotiation and deal execution.
