   As Founder of Mitiguy Aviation, I’ve built an elite flight school focused on delivering high-quality flight training with strong operational oversight and regulatory alignment.Mitiguy Aviation was established to meet a growing demand for flexible, personalized flight training delivered at a professional standard. Since its inception, I’ve led the organization through every phase of development; designing the training framework, acquiring and managing aircraft, overseeing FAA compliance, and building a trusted brand within the regional aviation community. Our focus is on developing competent, confident pilots while ensuring each element of the business is run with precision, safety, and long-term sustainability in mind.In this role, I lead all aspects of daily operations including scheduling, instructor oversight, student progress tracking, and aircraft utilization. I’ve developed FAA-compliant training syllabi across Private, Instrument, and Commercial pathways, while continuing to provide flight and ground instruction. I oversee a growing instructional team, manage maintenance workflows to ensure airworthiness, and maintain close relationships with FAA representatives and designated pilot examiners.Beyond training, I direct all core business functions; budgeting, financial planning, vendor and partner management, client acquisition, and technology integration. I’ve implemented CRM and scheduling tools, designed safety management procedures, and led brand positioning strategies that support consistent enrollment growth. My focus is not only on delivering exceptional training experiences but on operating a flight school that is scalable, efficient, and respected for its standards.Mitiguy Aviation reflects a balance of instructional excellence and operational discipline.
