ABOUT TREVOR FAGAN

As a dedicated and results-driven Account Executive, I bring over 7 years of experience in SaaS - specifically in the CX space for multi-location businesses. My journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a passion for learning, and a commitment to driving success through strategic thinking and collaborative leadership. Before the jump to SaaS, I spent many years in automotive and healthcare as a marketing director, managing multi-location businesses and buying SaaS software, which gives me unique insights into what challenges my customers face today.Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with many organizations, from regional players to global icons, where I collaborated with their teams to boost customer feedback and engagement, generate revenue, and build brand loyalty. My expertise spans across CX, Reputation Management, Local Listings and Experiential Marketing, allowing me to tackle challenges with a unique approach and understanding of the business.When I’m not in the office, you can find me exploring the outdoors - primarily around the desert southwest on my KTM motorcycle. In addition, as I imagine it is a right of passage, I\'ve decided to learn to play golf.
