To continue the adventure, I have recently delved into audibles thanks to a co-worker that pushed me to be more open minded to audible books vs my e-reader. I have not only increased my reading but have a new drive to find new books and listen or read at least 2 books per month. As for work, I am truly enjoying the opportunity to coach and development my team by being an inclusive leader and finding ways to expand my teams resources so that they can be set up for success in future roles within Milwaukee Tool. Personally, my family time has never been better. My wife and I now have two children that amaze me everyday. I have a phenomenal wife who couldn’t be a more involved parent our spouse. I can’t give her enough credit for what how much she has expanded my compassion and knowledge throughout our relationship I love the culture I am in, professional and personally. This culture is built on a combination of happiness and a challenging environment that will only strengthen my skills sets and uncover areas of improvement.
