About Trevor Johnson

I am passionate about creating better ways for users to interact with technology. I recently received a Masters of Science degree from the University of Washington Human Centered Design and Engineering department where I learned the process of user centered design and what it means to ensure products are created for the people using them. Before earning my degree I worked as an IT support professional where I helped people learn and use technology, and in many cases, helped them find ways to make difficult technology easier to use. After several years in this field I decided I wanted to work to make technology usable out of the box, instead of helping people find work-arounds to poorly designed technology.
