ABOUT TREVOR WATTAM
I am an expert in monoclonal antibody generation, immunoassay design and screening of antibodies, antibody fragments and bispecific constructs.I am also expert in SPR biosensor technology with extensive experience using the Biacore range of instrumentation, from the intial Bialite model to the Biacore and Biacore T200 instruments. My work includes kinetics, epitope mapping and high content functional screening of monoclonal antibodies and antibody fragments.I also have entensive experience in the use of liquid automation technology, principally with Beckman Coulter Biomek FX robotic equipment.Currently I am the group leader of the Biacore and Automation group within the Biopharm R&D division at Glaxosmithkline
