LandLord Property & Rental Management Inc. manages approximately $1 billion in residential and commercial assets in downtown Toronto and the surrounding area. We presently manage the real estate investments of over clients in 67 countries. As Vice President of Real Estate & Business Development, I work in tandem with a team of dynamic property managers, real estate professionals and administrative personnel to provide exemplary service to our portfolio of international clients. My approach to management is collaborative. Working to empower each member of the team, we bring their unique perspectives forward, resulting in an ongoing and evolving dialogue about customer service. Together, we manage our portfolio swiftly and effectively: providing a full-service, hands-off client experience. As Broker of Record for Landlord Realty Inc, Brokerage I am responsible for the management and oversight of brokerage operations. This includes investment and strategic planning for our new and existing clients, oversight and management of all sales and leasing activity, realtor relations, marketing and brand development, strategic partnerships and RECO/REBBA compliance. The Landlord group of companies have successfully positioned themselves as leading-edge service providers in both the property management and investment-minded real estate communities in Toronto. We are now the top-rated residential property management company in the GTA and the largest in our market.
