Being in sales since leaving school I have been fortunate to travel some of the most beautiful countries in the world learning my trade.Started sales on the phone in insurance which sent me to train staff in South Africa on how to sell to the UK market and Selling financial advice in Thailand to writing training programs and leading sales training courses in the UK, I strive on new challenges and in my current role have learned how to hone my skills and pass my knowledge on to the new and hungry sales teams within my sector.Since being in Senior management I have been able to really focus my skill set on developing individuals and motivating them to achieve there targets and personal goals. This gives me a great sense of achievement as it not only shows my skills but makes the people i work with realise there full potential.I have always been at the top of any KPI chart that I have had and refuse to ever be below anyone which makes me a hungry and successful Sales professional.
