Following Horizon Capital\'s investment into The Marketing Practice in April 2021, I have joined as Chairman to help guide the business as they accelerate their ambition through a mixture of organic growth and M&A. One of the global leading B2B marketing agencies with a focus on the tech sector TMP is represented in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia Pac. A leader in their field, the investment from Horizon will also help accelerate development of data services and insights allowing the business to not only scale from a revenue, geographic and people perspective but also in the breadth of services and relevance when it comes to providing B2B marketing services with tangible ROI\'s.

ABOUT TREVOR ROLLS
Having spent the last 30 years in the IT Industry, I have built, acquired, scaled and sold multiple business\'s in the space. I operate in two focus areas, firstly founding technology biased business\'s through backing great management teams and secondly chairing PE backed organisations in the mid market to scale at pace!My founding journey started with a Cisco gold partner, Prime exiting to 2e2 in 2004, followed by Netcrowd, an IT channel services business to Daisy in 2013, ContentWall to Beta in 2018, PowerIT through an MBO in 2019, NodeOne also through an MBO in 2020 and most recently Derive Logic to Carlyle.In addition I have held a number of IT investments and chairmanships exiting Ocean in 2018 to the publicly quoted German Systems Integrator Cancom, Purestone a Digitial marketing agency and Darasoft a specialist Enterprise Management business.On the PE side, I have chaired Roc technologies backed by BGF, Livingstone technologies backed by Carlyle which exited to Trustmarque, Sapphire Systems backed by Horizon which exited to NTT Data in Nov 23 and currently sit as Chair of The Marketing Practice (TMP) also backed by Horizon! I am a founder, invested and active in Cybercrowd a specialist Cyber Governance and services business and Makutu.io a Data science practice, where I sit as chair!My time as Non Exec Chair is predominantly focussed on acquisitions, board development and growth management.
