Services can extend to include audit support for any insurance arranged outside of the administrator\'s/ trustee\'s control to ensure adequate and consistent protection is in place; minimising risk exposure to the trustees and the investments placed within the SIPP/SSAS. I am an enthusiastic person with plenty of energy and a strong work ethic with an emphasis on maintaining professional standards in my work. I am a Fellow of The Chartered Insurance Institute (F.C.I.I) and have over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. I have regularly presented at conferences/ webinars/ workshops and events on property insurance matters. I also produce technical guides and insights; including published articles within the property media. My particular area of specialism includes working with SIPP/SSAS sector to assess commercial property due diligence processes, identify risk exposure and structure a competitive property portfolio insurance solution. Services can extend to include audit support for any insurance arranged outside of the administrator\'s/ trustee\'s control to ensure adequate and consistent protection is in place; minimising risk exposure to the trustees and the investments placed within the SIPP/SSAS. This can also help free up resources within a Property Team. I also work with Block Managers and Commercial Property Managers to structure portfolio solutions for properties under their management. With focus on ensuring insurance matters are handled on a compliant basis and analysing policy coverage and wordings to maximise the protection for clients and highlighting unsuitable/ unworkable terms and conditions that sadly can go unnoticed without a thorough assessment. I also have an in-depth understanding of the property sector including knowledge of the operations, challenges and requirements of the key players within the various sub-sectors.
