Providing lead advice and counsel, project management, and transactional support for the company’s strategic sourcing and buy-sell program, including:• Supply Chain: Negotiation and execution of development agreements, product collaboration agreements, material supply agreements, inventory financing, supplier payment relief and factory support arrangements. Directing legal, finance and material sourcing collaboration with respect to supplier management, operational improvements and quality assurance.
