Experience
Senior Vice President of Campus Services
May 2021 — Present · Pleasantville, NY, US
JCCA’s Residential Campus in Westchester, New York is home to four residential programs — the Pleasantville Cottage School, the Edenwald Center, START (Short-term Assessment and Rapid Treatment), and Gateways, which offer a highly supervised and protected environment for approximately 200 young people, many of whom have suffered abuse or neglect and struggle with behavioral, emotional and developmental disabilities. Youth find safety and structure while they work to resolve their difficulties and return to their communities as soon as possible. The Senior Vice President of Campus Services provides strategic development, leadership, administrative oversight and day-to-day management for all campus programs, and ensures that high-quality programming and services are provided that meet the physical, social, developmental and permanency planning needs of the children and families served by the program. The SVP advances critical objectives for the campus, coordinate and collaborates closely with external stakeholders and cultivates JCCA’s relationship with community partners, local government and oversight entities. The SVP comprehensively promotes innovation and creativity to solve problems, and spearheads exploration of new opportunities and partnerships to expand and/or diversify services for youth and families and promote agency growth. The SVP ensures that youth and family voice is elevated and integrated into all aspects of program planning and service delivery. The SVP works proactively to develop, monitor and manage campus budgets and works to improve and sustain revenue generation through encounter-based service delivery and careful contract management. The SVP also ensures that family court practice on campus adheres to relevant legal standards and that child safety, well-being and permanence guide decision-making and that staff adhere to the highest standard of communication with legal partners and stakeholders to advance positive client outcomes.
