Amira Group is leading large-scale upstream oil and gas projects across MENA under Incremental Production Sharing Agreements and Master Service Agreements. With extensive experience in managing production portfolios of up to barrels per day, the focus remains on driving operational efficiency, scaling global E&P growth, and executing a targeted acquire-and-exploit strategy for high-quality international assets. As a Senior Operations Leader and Asset Performance Champion at WZR Development ULC, I am respected as an influential company representative across Canada, Iraq, and the UAE. Previously, I helped steer internal budget systems to course-correct JV spending and implemented cost control initiatives with capital authorization for all development spending. More recently, I was promoted to Director and oversee the planning and execution of work programs while implementing strategic plans to maximize the value of assets after leading the revision of previously approved Field Development Plans to support accelerated commercialization.While forging partnerships and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and executive teams, I take full ownership and accountability for delivering results.I worked my way up from a Senior Drilling and Completions Engineer to a Senior Leader of Joint Venture Operations, to Director level of Operated Assets because of repeatedly taking the initiative to improve day-to-day functions and my dedication toward advancing corporate initiatives. My priority in any role is ensuring the most accurate financial information in parallel with flawless operational execution while leading efforts to capture value and maximize efficiency.What makes me great at what I do is my ability to quickly carve out something new to create solutions on the fly.
