   Focused on maintaining the functionality of three mission-critical security applications continuously, while being permanently on call. Led the creation and oversight of a team of multiple system administrators for a critical mission project, as well as managing the on-call schedule. Monitored systems for stability, integrity, and efficiency in relation to a 24/7 operational framework. Developed new standard operating procedures and collaborated on creating a comprehensive onboarding process, complete with mission guides for incoming administrators. Configured systems from the ground up to replace existing inoperable frameworks.
