Trevor J. Cole, BS, MBA-HCM, CCRC, PMP, RNTrevor brings over 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare and clinical research operations, with a proven track record of excellence in site management, quality oversight, and strategic leadership. Trevor’s career spans diverse roles, including Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC), Oncology Clinical Research Associate (CRA), and Clinical Research Manager, providing a strong foundation in trial execution and regulatory compliance. Building on this operational expertise, Trevor advanced to develop and lead a comprehensive Quality Assurance, Monitoring, and Regulatory Affairs program at a major academic pediatric medical center and research institute. In this capacity, Trevor established robust governance frameworks and partnered with investigators and sponsors to ensure adherence to global regulatory standards and best practices. For the past four years, Trevor has served as a trusted consultant to organizations of all sizes—ranging from emerging biotech firms to large academic institutions—guiding the design and implementation of quality systems, risk-based monitoring strategies, and process optimization initiatives. Most recently, Trevor served as Director of the Avoca Quality Consortium (AQC), leading the site workstream and supporting over 200 organizations. Trevor’s collaborative approach fosters strong partnerships with the goal of enabling their success and future growth.
